Trade customers cannot register through the standard customer registration form. To register as a trade customer, the business must contact us by phone or email and provide all required business details.
Our system administrator will create the trade customer account and send the username and password to the trade customer so they can begin the ordering process.
Invoices for trade customers are generated immediately after purchase and are sent to the customer by email and by post. Trade customers have 28 days to pay the invoice. Once payment is received, it is matched against the invoice to confirm that the amount paid matches the invoice total.
